Q: How long will the Fast Break driver wait for the recipient?
A: Drivers will wait 10 minutes. A $0.75 fee will be applied for every minute the driver waits for the customer after 10 minutes.

Q: What information does Fast Break need to create an order for you?
A: Fast Break will need to know how many items are being picked up, the approximate weight, the store location, the recipient full name, and any confirmation numbers provided by the businesses Fast Break will be picking up from.

Q: When can I expect my packages?
A: All orders submitted before 12:00pm will arrive by 7:00pm or earlier.

Q: Can you deliver any package?
A: Fast Break can deliver any package.

Q: How far will Fast Break go to pick up a package for me?
A: Fast Break will go up to 50 miles to pick up and deliver your package.

Q: What happens if the package I receive is incorrect?
A: Fast Break will handle the entire return process for you, by contacting the business where the package was ordered from, and retrieving what was originally ordered.

Q: Can I contact my Fast Break driver during delivery?
A: Yes. Once we receive your pickup information, a Fast Break driver’s information will become available to your through our app. (Or will it be sent to them through text?)

Q: Can I track my package?
A: Yes. You will be able to track your shipment on our Dashboard.

Q: Will I receive updates regarding my package?
A: Customers will receive updates at the time the pickup is placed, and again when the driver is within 2 miles of delivery.

Q: Am I able to cancel my order?
A: Cancellations can be made at any time, but you may be charged a $5 cancellation fee.

Q: Is there a membership fee?
A: All Fast Break orders are one time purchases and no membership fee is required.
